On 11th August 2026, HBC Group Co. Limited welcomed Rev. Canon Dr. Dennis Tongoi to its Nairobi offices for a courtesy visit. The visit provided an opportunity to strengthen the relationship between HBC Group and Aruba Bioherbal Body Gel while exploring areas of partnership and mutual interest as the brand prepares for its next phase of growth in Kenya.
Aruba Bioherbal Body Gel is a natural topical body-care product formulated with Aloe Barbadensis, Tea Tree and Neem essential oils, Coconut oil and Vitamin E. The product has been in use for years and has recently been repackaged and rebranded to give it a fresh identity suited to its growing market ambitions. It is currently packaged in 50ml bottles, with 100ml bottles in the pipeline.
Aruba has traditionally been used for everyday skin and personal-care needs, including the management of eczema, acne, athlete’s foot, razor rash, mosquito bites, body odour, boils and other common skin discomforts. Its ongoing Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) registration is in the final stages, marking an important step as the brand prepares for broader professional and consumer engagement.
The visit also reflects the kind of journey HBC Group is increasingly supporting for healthcare innovators, manufacturers, and product owners. Bringing a good product to market takes more than just putting it on a shelf. It requires understanding the product, preparing it for the market, navigating registration and compliance requirements, developing the right positioning, identifying the right customers, and creating a practical route through which the product can reach them.
This is where HBC Group comes in. With its roots in healthcare consultancy, HBC works alongside businesses through product development, registration and regulatory compliance, market-entry planning, strategic medical marketing, product launches and market access. Through its specialized divisions, including HBC MedTech and HBC Distribution, the Group can support a product from the early stages of market preparation through to professional engagement, commercialization and distribution.
For companies with a healthcare or wellness product and a vision for the Kenyan market, HBC provides more value than just advice. We are action-oriented and problem-solvers, helping turn that vision into a practical market journey by bringing together regulatory navigation, healthcare networks, marketing, professional engagement and distribution under one platform. As our approach has always been: We Take Charge, You Excel.
